If you have a non-responsive Somfy blind or handset or you have lost the programming function then we can help. A brief phone call will assist us in understanding the issues and obtain an idea of what the fault is.  Normally the issue will require an on site visit for which we provide a charge for up to to 2 hours of our time (based on your location) to diagnose and look to fix the issue. Additional parts required would have an extra charge.
